According to a scientific survey I conducted where I just sat around and thought about numbers until one sounded right, we humans have created 900,900 diets. Not one of them is perfect. And when you run to the store and riffle through the magazine rack, you’ll find another 75 new diets every single day. The article titles are foaming with phrases like “healthy weight loss tips”, “healthy weight loss plan”, and “healthy weight loss programs”. Not one of them is perfect, either. The season of love is here once again. Those who aren’t already taken are scrambling to find a date while the ones who are in a relationship are trying to hold on to what they have. Affairs of the heart are not an easy matter. And Valentines Day, as romantic and heavenly as it’s supposed to be, leaves a lot of unhappy and deeply wounded casualties.

The wine and food of Sicily have their own roots in the Greek’s age, when the Greek colonies where placed in Naxos. Greeks decided to dedicate their activity to the cultivation of grapes in a professional way. From this, the Phoenicians, (skillful merchants) made one of the most important products of that era. The climatic conditions of Sicily facilitate the cultivation of grapes and they enjoy mild temperatures with regular sunshine.
There are more than 150.000 hectares of land dedicated to cultivating wine yards:
